United Airlines — No Change Fees



Sometimes, you want to stay on vacation as long as possible. And other times, you just want to get home ASAP.
That’s why United got rid of change fees—forever. So you can let your travel story play out however you’d like.
Because this is the story of an airline when Good Leads the Way.  









The :15 ads appeared on broadcast and streaming platforms. During the NBA playoffs, the ads were broadcasted in a back-to-back :30 media placement to show how United’s got your back with no change fees, whatever the circumstance may be.
